Job fairs can be an excellent opportunity to learn about employers and their needs, sharpen your job-search and interviewing skills, and locate a position for the upcoming year.

Most fairs require you to register in advance, so check details carefully.

Remember to always arrive at job fairs prepared. You will need to:

• Dress professionally the entire time.
• Bring multiple copies (10+) of your current resume.
• Be ready to schedule and participate in interviews.
