Portfolio Planning
- Review the UW Standards and start collecting artifacts and writing entry slips. All
artifacts must be accompanied by entry slip components: context, reflection, justification

- Talk to your
supervisors and cooperating teachers about artifacts selected and get their feedback.
- Use the Evidence Planning
form to organize your work (entry
slip components can be copied and pasted into portfolio pages). This form is available for download under
the Special Downloads menu in the Portfolio Project.

presented on the pf-standards-UWMadison.htm (EED only) & pf-standards.htm (for all other programs) portfolio page (justification listed under standard with a link to the entry
slip context, reflection, and artifact)
