school districts contact EPCS to request the names and qualifications
of people whom they might hire. EPCS uses its database of open and available job search accounts to refer candidates with prior approval. Therefore it is important to keep your job status up to date. Often, employers request
a copy of the credentials to study before selecting those whom they actually
call for interviews. This referral process becomes especially important
during the summer as hiring deadlines approach. |
