Submitting Vacancies for Posting
EPCS distributes vacancies online. Please provide basic information, contacts, and timeline for your position. Post your vacancies out to current School of Education students and alumni by:
1. Emailing vacancies@education.wisc.edu with the title line: POST VACANCY
2. Calling 608-262-1755
3. Faxing 608-262-9074

Interviewing at EPCS
Our office will arrange interviews for administrators who wish to come to campus or set up SKYPE interviews.  Administrators are urged to call us at least several weeks before they would like to come to interview so that we can notify our qualified candidates, and they in turn can make interview appointments.  To set up a campus visit, contact Ann Halbach, Assistant Director: ah@education.wisc.edu

Credential Services
Each of our candidates has an employment credential in our office, which can be sent to administrators in support of the candidate's application.  This credential contains a data sheet or resume, a summary of the candidate's academic preparation or a transcript, and letters of reference which come directly from the letter writers.  Administrators may request credentials directly from our office or may ask candidates to have their credentials sent.  Credentials can also be acquired on-line (click here).

Direct Referral
Our staff of career consultants is committed to assisting administrators with their staffing needs.  The consultant will help identify candidates who have the particular competencies the administrator is seeking.  Please call us at 608-262-1755.
