Syllabus & Standards Goal Process Evaluation of Student Work Reflection

In my second semester as a TA, I wanted to focus on links between the teaching philosophy, the UW standards, and professional practice.  My goal was to help my students find those connections and focus on their own growth and professional development.

SPRING 2008

Syllabus Goal Process -- including Goal, Rationale, Process, and Concept Map

This was my final semester as a 440 supervisor. I decided to focus on the issue of professionalism, particularly professional growth and membership in a professional community of practice. My goal was to help my students to develop a sense of themselves as professional educators by thinking and acting like teachers.
