You may revise the materials in your file at any time without a charge, and without reopening your account for full service. However, if you want to receive vacancy information, release your portfolio or credential (K-12) electronically, you will need to re-activate your account.

For UW-Madison Credential (K-12 Teachers):
When the placement year ends on September 30th, your account is inactivated (held on file until you notify us further). If you want to reopen your account after September 30th, log in to your EPCS account and click on Reactivate Your Job Search Menu

For UW-Madison Dossier Services (Higher Ed):
When the placement year ends on September 30th, your account is inactivated (held on file until you notify us further). If you want to reopen your account contact EPCS for reactivation materials:
